Windshield Cleaner Summer - This special product contains a special spreading agent, detergents, and penetrating agents to clean windshields after being diluted with water. Deep Blue is a real money saver when diluted with water for non-freezing conditions. This windshield cleaner will penetrate and clean bugs, dirt, and grime.
