Winter Savory Essential Oil

Savory oil is commonly known as Mountain Savory essential oil or Winter oil. It is botanically obtained from the plant of Satureja Montana. Savory plant is treated to Steam distillation to have essential oil from Savory. Oil of Savory has deep, sharp, medicinal and herbaceous odor, it is colorless to pale yellow liquid. Mountain Savory is bushy perennial sub- shrub which grows up to 40 centimeters and has woody stems. It has grayish green linear leaves and bears pale purple to burgundy colored flowers.
