Our Charmilles 310 wire EDM allows us to work with exceptionally tall parts, as well as those with extreme tapers. Custom machine modifications allow us to cut parts up to 108" long. Precision thin parts can be stacked for cost effective production rates. Where many shops do not like to EDM aluminum, we have a special filtration system that catches the large volume of particulates that would clog standard EDM filtration systems.
