Wire Healds

Wire Healds made from High Carbon Steel Wire. We provide high finishing and stringent quality checks to ensure better product outlays. The healds are specially coated with tin at the edge i.e. reinforced for providing more durability of healds. The center eyes may be of twisted inserted type with end loops - oblong, round, jacquard or open type. Standard eye shapes of twisted inserted eyes as shown with standard dimensions in the following page. Eyes are absolutely without sharp edges that keep the running of the yarn and knots without any friction, which minimizes the yarn breakages and serves a smooth and quality weave. Threaded eye is specially designed at an angle of 45° to ensure long life and reduce the chances of yarn abrasion. Wire healds with twisted inserted eyes are also available in different sizes, can be designed and manufactured as per specification or sample.
