Wollastonite is a natural mineral and has almost the same chemical formula of theoretical Calcium Silicate(CaSiO3).
Wollastonite imparts low moisture expansion, reduced drying and firing shrinkage, higher fired strength, improved heat shock, faster firing, easy pressing, better bonding & superior electrical properties to bodies in ceramic industry.
