1, mould is upward, vertical feeding: usually ring die biomass pellet machine is fed in the side, then some light materials is difficult to be input otherwise add forced feeding setting, even though it is still not on average, and the most important is the old design is not good for heat dissipation then restrict drive system(gear, bearing) life. Flat-die biomass pellet machine have two kinds of structures, even it also has vertical feeding set but still some shortcoming there:
mould rotate system of flat mould biomass pellet machine usually the materials will be easy to heap up to cause unbalance feeding then will influence the production;
roller rotate system of flat mould biomass pellet machine has centrifugal force which throw the materials around the mould then the center will be blank will influence the production too.
