Wormicid Plus Syrup

 Helmenthiasis :

Is a condition, in which children intestines contain different types of worms like roundworms, whipworms and Hookworms. The persons who are infected with these worms unhygienically excrete the faeces (Stool) which has eggs of worms. These eggs contaminate the soil. Others who come in contact with this soil will get infected through contaminated food or through skin due to entering of those eggs or worms. Symptoms like stomach ache, fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, loss of blood and fatigue.

Amoebiasis

Caused by the the protozoan parasite Entamoeba histolytica. Transmission occurs via the faecal–oral route, either directly by person-to-person contact or indirectly by eating or drinking faecally contaminated food or water.

Acute amoebiasis can present as diarrhoea or dysentery with frequent, small and often bloody stools. Chronic amoebiasis can present with gastrointestinal symptoms plus fatigue, weight loss and occasional fever. Entamoeba histolytica parasite spreads to other organs, most commonly the liver where it causes amoebic liver abscess. Amoebic liver abscess presents with fever and abdominal pain where liver present.
Food Regime :

• Do’s :Light soups, cooked vegetables, carrots, citrus fruits, maintain hygiene.
• Don’ts : Avoid solids because they cause cramps, raw vegetables, fatty foods such as cheese, cream, oils, sweets, bakery foods, oil fried foods etc.

Action of WORMICID PLUS

Vidanga & Indrayava - It kills the intestinal worms, parasites and helps to expel the worms out of the body.

Ajamoda & Pippali – Relieves the abdominal pain and improves the digestion.

Musta and Ativisha – Stops the diarrhoea and blood loss.

Triphala& Parasika Yavani - reduces the inflammation of inner layer of the intestine and soothes.

 
Indications : Amoebiasis, Helmenthiasis, Abdominal Colic, Indigestion.

Dosage : 10 ml three times in a day or as directed by the physician.
