Product Overview

Flexographic printing system is used for transfer of image. The
image is transferred through rubber stereos of 6 mm thickness,
The stereos are mounted on the printing cylinder by means of
adhesive plaster. Ink is transferred to the stereo from nitrile
rubbersied inking and transfer rollers. Even flow of ink can be possible by micro adjustment of rollers. Bag/sheet is fed manuallly and precisely taken up print, the image exactly where desired. Double & Triple color printing can also be done is single pass on a double and triple color printing machine. Manually operated control is provided for perfect registration between colors. Double and triple color printing machine can be used for printing single color also .
