Accurux woven wire screens are made of high-quality spring steel or s.s. Wires .
The wire diameter is often from 1.0mm to12.7mm, aperture is from 2mm to 14mm. The end types is flat , wrapped or hooked .
Characteristics: ±3% aperture tolerance, perfect flatness, superior mesh evenness tightness, wear resistance, high tensile strength, not easy to fracture. Production standard is according to iso47833 .
Application:
1) as wire mesh for pig breeding, mine and stone works, glass factory, coal mine, petroleum, hardware products, etc.
2) heavy duty crimped wire mesh products are mostly used as screen in mining, coal factory, construction and other industries.
