WPP Dunnage Air Bag

We offer WPP Dunnage Air Bag.
The dunnage bag consist of an internal plastic bag fitted with an air valve and placed inside an outer woven polypropylene bag.Compressed air is used to inflate the bag during installation inside the container. It is used to brace and cushion the cargo loads inside the container from shifting during shipment .This will prevent the cargo loads from knocking against each other or against the container walls .
It works by filling any void between the cargo loads and thus preventing the cargo loads from shifting during transportation. For most cargo types , 2 to 4 dunnage bags will need to be installed to secure the cargo inside the 20-footer container from damage during transportation.
The dunnage bag is easy to install and very cost effective. It takes about 1-3 minutes to inflate a bag , depending on the pressure and flow rate of the compressed air supply.Our standard width for the bag is 90cm and the most common lengths are 120cm, 180cm and 220cm. We also supply bags of other dimensions , depending on the requirements of the customer.
