Wrap Around Labeling Machine

This       is       fully       automatic       Horizontal       Sticker       Labeling     Machine     suitable     for       round      containers.       The

containers      are    fully/     partially     wrap    around     with     self-­‐adhesive      label.     The    containers    pass    thru’     the    machine    in    the    horizontal    orientation.    The    machine    can    label    different    sizes    of    labels,    which    are    fed    in    the    roll    form.    The    containers    are    automatically    spaced    on    the    conveyor.

The  container    is    sensed    and    a    corresponding    label    is    pulled    from    the    label    roll    and    peeled    off    and    fed    in       the     direction     of     the     container.     The     label     front     sticks     to     the     container     and     the     complete     label     is    pulled     out   from     the   roll.   The   container   with   partially   stuck   label   moves   to   the   label   pressing   system.    The     container    is    rotated     with     the     label   and     is     pressed     between     rubber     pressing     belt   and     stationary    rubber    pad.    The    label    is    pressed    on  the    container    and    rolled    around.
