Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) is commonly used for Dupuytren's contracture, a condition involving the hands where the fingers may become permanently bent. Thick cords of collagen form under the skin and restrict movement. Xiaflex is also commonly used for Peyronie's disease.
