Here is another NANO TECHNOLOGY based, Eco-friendly and water-soluble water proofing solution that completely eliminate the prevalent incidence of constant expansion and contraction of structures due to absorption and evaporation of water and moisture which lead to deformations and sometimes failures of concretes and buildings. It is a chemistry that penetrates the substrate (walls, blocks, concretes and any cementitious surface) up to 2mm -5mm, engaging in a chemical reaction to transform hydrophilic (water loving) Silica in the substrate into a hydrophobic (water repellent) Siloxane in the structure, and creating a totally waterproof zone deep beneath the surface. This action prevents external water penetration or internal ingress due to capillary-rise action.

The XL-SIL is water soluble, UV and heat stable product with the following properties. It;
