flame retardant masterbatch is produced by flame retardant hexabromocyclododecane with polystyrene as carrier after the plasticizing granulation,and the content of flame retardant can reach to 80%. Flame retardant masterbatch has excellent flame retardancy like powder products and also has the advantages of good dispersion, low adding quantity, easy for foaming and extrusion, stable production, and environmentally friendly,etc. It is applicable to various xps production equipments, and it can well solve the problem of unstable feed especially for single screw equipments.
