GCR15 OR GCR15GIMN XSU Series Crossed Roller Bearings

Xsu series crossed roller bearings (integrated inner and outer ring)
with the installation holes, xu series(integrated inner and outer ring) don�t need the mounting flange and supporting seat. Besides, xu series is a bearing with integrated inner and outer ring. It is being used in cased where high rotational accuracy of both the inner and outer rings is required. The installation almost have no influence on the characters of bearings, which can get the stable rotation accuracy and torque.
structure: crossed roller bearing is that the cylindrical rollers are arranged through the separate spaces in the deep groove rolling surface with a 90â°v groove, thus it can carry loads in all directions from radial, axial and moment loading capacity. The dimensions of inner and out rings are minimum, which is close to the limiting size. This kind bearings have the high rigidity and the accuracy can be p5, p4 or p2.
