Manufactured from forged or cast carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel, the Y-Type Bellow Seal Globe Valve features a robust Y-pattern body that reduces turbulence and pressure loss compared to conventional globe valves. The metallic multi-ply bellows is welded to the stem and bonnet, providing a hermetic seal that eliminates emissions and ensures zero stem leakage. This makes it particularly suitable for handling hazardous or toxic media. The valve is available in sizes ranging from ½" to 12" (DN15–DN300) and pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 1500 (PN16 to PN250). It includes bolted bonnet construction, back seat arrangement, rising stem, and an optional handwheel or gear operation. The valve conforms to international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN, and BS EN. Optional end connections include flanged, socket weld, or butt weld.
