• Suitable for multi colour dyeing of spun yarn of Cotton, Polyster, Acrylic etc. Upto yarn count of NM60. Dyeing cycle is fully automatic and controlled. The yarn duly soft wound either on stainless steel perforated cone or cylindrical cheese can be processed.
• The Machine is complete with 8 colour tanks of 30 Itrs each,has specially designed sealess pump for each colour. Dye stuff is automatically dosed during operation. Machine is equipped with high capacity vaccum pump directly coupled to squirrel cage induction motor can be installed on floor, as no special foundation is required. It is designed for production capacity of 40 cones/cheeses per hour or approximately 900-1000 kgs. per day production based on 22.5 hours working with one cone/cheese weighing1 kg.
• For dyeing of yarn in different size and shape of supply package additional jaws can be optionally offered.

• Installed Power : 5 H.p./3.8 Kw motor with supply line of 3 phase neutral standard 380/440 volts AC, 50 cycles.
• Connected Load : 10H.P/7.5Kw
• Water Supply : 1/2" line connection for inlet and 1 1/4" connection for drain outlet. Approximate consumption 10 litres per minute.
• Compressed Air : 1/2" line connection at 12 CFM. Requirement 21 cubic metres per hour.
• Cooling Waterforvaccum Pump : 9 litres per minute at 1 kgs / cm2 pressure.

Additional Process Requirement : Dyestuff fixation or development can be done in autoclave. Subsequent washing, drying and rewinding will have to edone. For those not having regular package dyeing facilities, Small Soft Cone winding machine of 12-15 spindles as well as small autoclave can beoffered.
