Features Of Structure And Applications
Cabinet structure for Y series high voltage motors is adopted and motor case is welded by steel sheet with light weight and good rigidity; Lamination structure is adopted or the stator, insulation material with grade F is adopted for the winding of stator and its end has reliable fixing and binding. During the manufacturing period, it is subject to multiple inter-turn impulse voltage test and withstand voltage test to earth and is also to vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) treatment.The rotor is made with casted aluminum process. The bearing has such Types as rolling bearing and sliding bearing and depends on power and revolution of motor; the protection grade is IP23 and the way of cooling is IC01 and the motors with other protection grade and way of cooling can also be made. The motors are used to drive various machineries, such as compressor, water pump, crusher, cutting machine, transportation machinery and other mechanical equipment
YKK series of high voltage motors have air cooler installed on their top on the basis of Y series of motors. Their protection grade is IP44/IP54 and way of cooling mode is IC616/IC611.Such motors, in addition to driving general machineries, can also be used as prime motors at industrial and mining enterprises in the field of mine, mechanical industry, petrochemical industry and power plant etc. to drive blower, pulverizer, rolling mill and hoister.
YKS series of high voltage motors have air cooler installed on their top on the basis of Y series of motors. Their protection grade is IP44/IP54 and way of cooling mode is IC81W.Such motors are used widely at such industries as power station, water works, petrochemical industry, metallurgy and mine, etc.
Y2 series of high voltage motors adopt heat sink cast iron case, class F insulation, VPI complete impregnating process, cast aluminum rotor and complete enclosed design. Their protection grade is IP54/IP55 and way of cooling is IC411. Such motors, in addition to drive general machineries, can also be used at petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, mine and other severe environment as prime motor.
This series of motors possess such features as high efficiency, energy-saving, small vibration, high performance index, strong reliability and convenient maintenance etc. They comply with specification of IEC and GB755.
