Yogastra mats are designed to enhance your practice by enabling the cleanest and healthiest breathing experience possible. They’re made from organic cotton, handwoven in Kerala (India) and dyed in natural ayurvedic herbs by villagers whose families have been practicing this 5000-year old Indian fabric dyeing technique for generations.

When you practice on a Yogastra mat, every time you breathe, you’re inhaling the herbs the mat has been dyed in and enjoying the benefits these herbs bring to your physical and energy body. We have the mats in three combinations of herbs.

Handmade from 100% cotton and with no chemicals used in any stage of the production process, a Yogastra mat creates the cleanest breathing space for your practice.

A Yogastra mat is 6 feet long, 2.5 feet wide, and weighs 1.1 kgs. You can roll it up and carry it on your shoulder using the cotton strap that comes with it. Or, you can fold it and put it in a bag. The folding is especially useful when traveling.

Yogastra mats are designed to grip the floor, have extra grip-lines for your hands and feet, respond well to sweat, and are washable.
