This Z purline machine can produce the purlines with thickness 1.5-3.0 mm. the Puline size range is: 100-300mm. and Purline also with holes. this purline machine can produce different sizes of the purlines by changing the spacer on the shaft , it is easy and can save muh cost.
the cutting is hydraulic cutting, you can change different blades for different sizes of the purline.
this design purline machine is with the whole adjusting system to change the sizes of the purlin. it no need to change the spacer one by one, just change the screw whole on the machine so that can adjust different sizes. this design is much convenient and quick than the changing spacer machine line.
the machine line is with high quality in producing ,the material is No 45 steel.
the shaft is the No 45 steel, cutting blade material is the Gcr12 with quenching 45-60 degree.
