Zero Liquid Discharge Systems

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems are advanced wastewater treatment solutions designed to achieve complete elimination of liquid effluent discharge from industrial processes. These systems recover and recycle up to 95–99% of wastewater, converting it into reusable clean water and separating the remaining salts and solids for safe disposal. ZLD systems typically include a combination of technologies such as ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis (RO), multiple-effect evaporators (MEE), crystallizers, and thermal concentrators.
