Brief Introduction of Grate Ball Mill:
The Grate Ball Mill manufactured by Henan Xingbang is one type of horizontal ball mill, mainly used to grind various kinds of ores and other non-ferrous materials. It's widely applied in mining benefication, construction, chemistry and other national economic sectors.

Ball mill is widely used in cement, silicate, new construction material, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal ore dressing, glass ceramic industry, etc., and performs dry or wet grinding on all kinds of ores and other grindable materials.
Working Principle of Grate Ball Mill:
This machine is a horizontal cylinder rotary device which can be installed on base ground once and forever. The main bearing with double roller bearings can save energy by 30%, improve fineness, and increase processing energy by 15-20%. Through material hollow shaft spiral the material is sent to the first mill chamber, in which there are ladder liner or corrugated linings, with steel balls of different specifications in it. When cylinder rotating, centrifugal force will produce steel ball fall down from a certain height, thus impacting and grinding the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, materials enter into the second chamber through a single diaphragm. In this warehouse with flat lining board and steel balls in it, materials are further grinded.
Structure and Features:
This Ball Mill consists of feeding part, discharing part, rotary part, transmission part(reducer, small transmission gears, motor, electric control) and other major parts.The hollow axis adopts the cast steel;the lining can be replaced; the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable scaleboard. The machine runs smoothly and works realiably.
