Working Principle of Wet Ball Mill:
Ball mill is a grinding equipment than can work continuously without stop. Wet ball mill is a horizontal cylinder rotary device with the outer gear rotating and two warehouses wet. The feeder continuously and evenly transmit ores into the ball mill. Grinded materials keep flowing out of the ball mill.
Grinding Process:
The motor drives the cylinder rotate through deceleration device. When rotating in the cylinder, influenced by friction and centrifugal force, the crushed ores and steel balls are elevated to a certain height by lining board, and fall down because of gravity. Ores are gradually crushed under the influence of impact and grinding. Crushed ores are discharged out of the cylinder. Qualified products go through the spiral classifier while coarse sand was sent back to the ball mill by the joint feeder. Through material hollow shaft spiral the material is sent to the first mill chamber, in which there are ladder liner or corrugated linings, with steel balls of different specifications in it. When cylinder rotating, centrifugal force will produce steel ball fall down from a certain height, thus impacting and grinding the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, materials enter into the second chamber through a single diaphragm. In this warehouse with flat lining board and steel balls in it, materials are further grinded.
Structure and Features:
This machine consists of feeding part, discharing part, rotary part, transmission part(reducer, small transmission gears, motor, electric control) and other major parts.The hollow axis adopts the cast steel;the lining can be replaced; the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable scaleboard. The machine runs smoothly and works realiably.
