We use zinc alloy to ensure a perfect surface finishing.  we take complete care right from the die casting stage to ensure that our zinc alloy belt buckles pass all necessary tests including lead free nickel free tests. We only use zinc die casted or iron wire pin for manufacturing these zinc alloy belt buckles. Finished buckles are then electroplated in different plating like copper, shiny nickel, matt nickel, satin nickel, black nickel, nickel antq, powder coat black, brass antq, silver antq, gold, brush, nickel etc. There is a constant quality check at every stage to ensure that only the best quality zinc alloy belt buckles are dispatched to our customer. We also provide nickel free plating to our customers and in case they require testing of material, we get the material tested on their behalf at sgs india pvt. Ltd., gurgaon and reports are then forwarded to our buyers for their reference. We have more than 200 running dies where the finished buckle can be supplied within 10-15 days of receiving purchase order from our buyers. In case, we have to develop dies we require additional 15 days to develop the dies. Die cost in such cases is recovered from the buyer.
