Zinc Die-Casting

We had Pressure Die-Casting production facility in house equipped with 460 tons Buhler B series machine, 250 tons HMT Buhler, 80 tons HMT, 7 tons Hot chamber Die-Casting machine from Japan Shinozuka, Toshiba and TOYO machines. At present we have the production capacity of 50 tons to 460 tons locking capacity. We can supply the castings from our plant weighing 10 grams to 5kg.. *We have total in house facility for CNC machining; platting and both powder coating and spry painting for AluminumZinc, PDCGDC components.
