About ZINCALUME SHEET
This Zincalume steel is manufactured by a continuous hot-dipped metallic coating process. The alloy coating of Zincalume steel provides excellent corrosion resistance to metal sheets. Further, after rigorous tests, it has been found that it possesses greater resistance to crack and peel. Zincalume steel by Wetcomb possesses the alloy coating of 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, and 1.5% Silicon. The 150 GSM (also optional 200 GSM) coating weight is distributed equally on both surfaces of the coated sheet along with a high strength of 300MPA. The metallic surface is also coated with separate layers of special passivation solution and resin. Wetcomb liner (Laminated high Density polyethylene Fabric) is completely eco-friendly & environmental safe .This Liner Chlorine water attested certification & ANSI/ NSF 61: National Sanitation Foundation (It is the mandatory certification to conserve drinking water) Certified. our liner have food grade properties.
After going through various independent & third party laboratories our liner portrays high resistance towards chlorine/Bleaching powder. It is specifically designed for use in water retention and containment applications to Weld Easier, Install Faster and Contain Better.
