I. Introduction:
ZLYJ series reducer is specially designed high precision hardened gear transmission equipment for plastic, rubber screw extruder with pushing package. All technical specifications of product design refer to JB/T8853-2001 "Cylindrical gear reducer". The main character of ZLYJ series gearbox is high strength alloy steel that being used for gear and shaft parts. The gears are processed by technique of carbonization, quenching and grinding. The gears’ accuracy are GB10095-88, 6 grades. The hardness of tooth surface are HRC54 ~ 62. In fore-end of hollow shaft the reducer is equipped with large-sized thrust bearings to bear the axial thrust when screw works. The set gear reducer has the advantages of small size, high load capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
II. The Scope of Application:
1. The rotary speed of high-speed shaft is no more than 1500 r / min.
2. The circumferential velocity of transmission gears is no greater than 20 m / sec.
3. The working ambient temperature is -40°C ~ 45°C, if less than 0°C, the oil lubrication should be heated above 0
degree before starting.
4. The reducer can be used to run both positive and negative direction, but high-speed shaft of some models is
equipped with one-way oil pump, so its default direction: When face output shaft, the output shaft clockwise rotate. If
the rotary direction is changed, please state when ordering.
