These Non-clog Type both Seal & Glandless Vertical Pumps fabricated from chemically inert polypropylene help in effective handling of host of chemicals. These are available in single & double stage and are oil sealed, rotary vane type positive displacement pumps where, not only complete assembly is immersed in oil but shaft seal is also designed in such a way that it totally eliminates the possibility of suction of air through it. These are designed to achieve maximum vacuum in a very short time and rise in temperature of the unit also remains under check, which in turn reduces the wear and tear of its components and makes it suitable for noiseless and trouble free performance for years and thus helps in reduction of repair bills.

These pumps combine in them double features of suction & pressure and hence the same unit can be employed for either purpose. These have low oil consumption and are compact in design, noiseless & care free in operation and easily maintainable.

The main assembly consists of a stator with a rotor mounted eccentrically in it. The rotor is provided with eight vanes, which are free to slide and move in & out of the slots, by centrifugal action. When in 'out' position these press against the inner walls of stator. When the rotor rotates, these vanes sweep the air eight times in a single revolution creating vacuum & pressure simultaneously.

The design provides for self-lubrication of all the important points and the oil thus used does not contaminate the air, but is baffled from the exhaust, gets collected and returns to the oil chamber.

Each and every unit is fully engineered with all its components immaculately finished and matched. The walls of all components are suitably strengthened so as to render sufficiently long life even while working under adverse conditions. All the components are machined, drilled and finished with jigs and fixtures and are hence easily replaceable. All these distinguished features therefore, add up to make these pumps an indisputable choice of all reputed companies and concerns.

These double chambered continuous Impregnation plant are specially designed to ensure high quality of Impregnation at a much faster rate than that of the conventional type. Here, both the chambers, in turns can be used as Impregnation as well as storage tanks where by, we not only get increase in capacity, but also save on time as well. Thus in a way this full-fills the duty of a bigger plant. The tanks are fabricated from M.S. plate of appropriate thickness and are fitted with leak proof lids with handles. Two viewing ports are provided on each tank for observing the process under light.
