As phenyl concentrate is a highly concentrated liquid, it is generally diluted with water before application. You need to dilute 25-30 ml phenyl concentrate in 1 litre of water and stir it for a couple of minutes. Then this diluted solution should be applied directly on the floor or any other surface and wiped with a cloth soaked in the same solution. Or you can also add 4-5 drops of phenyl concentrate to half a bucket of water and wipe the floor with the help of a mop.
