Carbonation Chamber for Accelerated Carbonation test of Concrete

Chamber Internal Dimension -600 mm X 600mm X600mm Volume 200 liter

  • Optimum Performance with 150 kg of Concrete load to be operated with the following parameter.
    • Temp – 20oC to 60oC.
    • Humidity 40% to 80% RH
    • CO2 Concentration – 0 to 5%

Above parameters will be automatically controlled by control panel, keypad type.
Chamber will be Airtight with front door opening.

Chamber construction will be sandwich type

  • Outer powder coated mild steel plate.
  • Inner 304 stainless steel plate.
  • Insulation will be sandwich between this two chambers to get maximum efficiency.

CO2 cylinder 25 kg capacity with suitable regulator and rubber hose pipe – 5mts long for CO2 supply.
