The special “S” type curved rotation causes a cascading movement of the sand form the center dome to the ribbed walls. Thus maintaining continuous VORTEX ACTION, Which has proved to the most effective method mixing. Intensive & uniform coating of binder separate aeration required as no formation. Blending Blades rotate at high speed and anticlockwise direction. Additatives or Binders are perfectly mixed and every particles are evenly coated all around. Intensive mixing of oil bonded sand & Silicate Sand which has been found to be the most efficient method of mixing. In every short time (3 to 4 minutes) the batch can be ready for discharge as a completely aerated perfectly homogeneous mixture. RAJESH"Core Mixer is specially designed on sound principles for mixing Foundry CORE SAND and similar materials. The Sturdy chassis is robustly fabricated from heavy section M.S. Capable of with-chassis standing continuous heavy & hard use. The S type Impellers (Blades) are of fabricated steel provided at suitable height inside which gives a kneading action on the sand for a through mixing. The discharge door is side door type with positive locking. The counter system drive though V-Belt by motor. Which in turn drive the bevel-Pinon Gear/Reduction Gear Box for maximum efficiency. This is advance design for Big and Small Foundry.
