GRACE™ undertakes the manufacturing at their well laid works or at the job site as per the requirements. One of the activities of GRACE™ [RANGOLI] is to provide anticorrosive Coating using the materials like Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), Fiber Reinforced Bisphenol (FRB), Fiber Reinforced Vinyl Ester (FRV) and Fiber Reinforced Superior Vinyl Ester (FRSV). These Coating are particularly used to protect the metallic vessels against corrosion due to acidic or alkaline reactions in the chemical storage tanks, rotating equipment, reaction vessels, filters, ducts and scrubbers. It can be applied to existing and new equipment. The total engineering support is to be provided to the customer for the selection of material for the Coating. It has many advantages over other lining methods like rubber lining. Some of the advantages are : Much stronger bond to metal. Longer service life. Seams can be avoided and thereby safer protection afforded. Coating with F.R.P. can be done at room temperature unlike rubber lining which require   vulcanizing. Easily create on site. Very little maintenance and ease of repair.

G RACE ™ [RANGOLI] Pressure / Vacuum vessels for any highest pressure and full vacuum are manufactured by us in FRP & dual laminates of construction. Implementation of design in manufacturing is most crucial in case of such Equipments as the sequence of Fibre Glass & external, internal stiffening ribs is a very Important Factor in working of such Pressure / Vacuum Vessels. We have Designed & Manufactured vessels for full vacuum & up to 10 kg / sq. cm working pressure. VACUUM FILTER NUTSCHE A vacuum filter nutsche is one of the simplest batch filters. It is a open tank with a Perforated plate fitted inside having filter cloth as filter media. Perforated plate is having a suitable perforation to pass the filtrate. The slurry is fed into the filter vessel and separation of mother liquor from the slurry. Cake will form on perforated plate, which can be removed manually. If required, cleaning and washing of the filter nutsche can be done easily before starting a new batch. The Filters Nutsche can be offered up to operating vacuum of 720mm of Hg. The filter nutsche is very frequently used in Process plants industries.

Federal and state laws have made fume scrubbing a mandatory part of almost all processes which emit to the atmosphere. The scrubbing process and equipment must be designed to accomplish the environmental objective in a cost effective manner. GRACE™ [RANGOLI] designing, manufacturing, Fabrication, Testing, Installation, and Commissioning. scrubbing systems for gases like Cl2, SO2, NOX , HCl, H2SO4 , Br2, HF, CuSO4 and acid mists, which either evolve individually or as a mixture in various chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, intermediates, fertilisers and steel processing plants etc. Packed Bed Type Scrubber This type of scrubbers removes soluble noxious or nuisance gases like hydrochloric acid, sulpher dioxide, ammonia and acid mists above 5 microns. Typical application include-chemical plants, sewage treatment facilities, metal finishing operations and pulp or paper mills. Contaminants are removed on contact with counter current scrubbing liquid within the packed bed. The gas/liquid stream passes vertically through mesh beds or bend mist eliminator blades that remove entrained liquid before exiting. Standard packing depths, low-pressure drops and scrubbing liquid recirculation are the basis of a proven design. Venturi Type Scrubber Venturi scrubbing is a most effective technique for the removal of particulates from a gas stream, even down to sub-micron size. Scrubbing liquor and gas stream are brought together in turbulent contact within the venturi throat and the particulates are forced into the atomised liquor. Venturi scrubbing may be adequate to handle some more reactive contaminants but to reduce fumes to acceptable levels it may be necessary to effect further treatment using a packed tower scrubber. Combination units incorporating both types of scrubber using a common sump are most practical in some circumstances. Venturi scrubbing is typically a cost effective and efficient approach to removing particulates. Sieve Tray Type Scrubber This type of scrubber removes soluble noxious gases and particulate down to 3 microns. Typical application include-chemical plants, sewage treatment facilities, metal finishing operations and pulp or paper mills, electroplating, pickling, pharmaceuticals and semi-conductor manufacturing. These scrubbers achieve high removal efficiencies while minimizing recycling and fresh water requirements. Static pressure losses are 40mm to 50mm WG per tray. Mist eliminator blades provide entrained liquid separation. An integral sump is provided for solution recirculation.

Process conditions range from -5 to 150 deg C, from pH 1 to pH 15 and operating at 1kg to 10kg pressure, the vessel design was enhanced for 5, 000 cycles. In the various stages of production, the service of the vessels involve dissolving and reacting raw materials and crystallising final product. The selection of Thermo , Fluoro plastic liner and resin system required careful investigation to ensure that the resin system was suitable for the thermal shock. GRACE ™ [RANGOLI] worked very closely with the customer’s engineers providing them with test data to substantiate their selection of materials. Dampers is useful to regulate a gas flow or shut off and isolate a system. The operating conditions for the dampers are designed to match the operating conditions of the duct system.
