| Reaction vessel and mixing vessel with agitator is requirement in number of processing operations. Both heat and mass transfer are greatly influenced by agitation of mixing. Process conditions range from -5 to 150 deg C, from pH 1 to pH 15 and operating at 1kg to 10kg pressure, the vessel design was enhanced for 5, 000 cycles. In the various stages of production, the service of the vessels involve dissolving and reacting raw materials and crystallising final product. The selection of Thermo , Fluoro plastic liner and resin system required careful investigation to ensure that the resin system was suitable for the thermal shock. GRACE [RANGOLI] worked very closely with the customers engineers providing them with test data to substantiate their selection of materials. | Implementation of design in manufacturing is most crucial in case of such Equipments as the sequence of Fibre Glass & external, internal stiffening ribs is a very Important Factor in working of such Pressure / Vacuum Vessels. We have Designed & Manufactured vessels for full vacuum & up to 10 kg / sq. cm working pressure. VACUUM FILTER NUTSCHEA vacuum filter nutsche is one of the simplest batch filters. It is a open tank with a Perforated plate fitted inside having filter cloth as filter media. Perforated plate is having a suitable perforation to pass the filtrate. The slurry is fed into the filter vessel and separation of mother liquor from the slurry. Cake will form on perforated plate, which can be removed manually. If required, cleaning and washing of the filter nutsche can be done easily before starting a new batch. The Filters Nutsche can be offered up to operating vacuum of 720mm of Hg. The filter nutsche is very frequently used in Process plants industries. | |
