This model is used for precise labeling on single side or double side simultaneously on any shape & size of BottlesContainers.The machine operates at the speed upto 250BPM. (Depending upon the label length). Different shape and size of Bottles can be accommodated on the same machine with without the help of change parts. Two label dispensers operates independently which allows different size of label application on either side. The latest Digital Servo Technology offers most precise placement accuracy. Also, unique spring loaded twin worm system virtually eliminates the use of any tools making it 'tool-less' operation for the quickest changeover and less down time for variety of products. Due to spring action, it ensures high safety to bottles in case of toppling down & does not damage it. Batch Printing Machine

We offer Batch Printing Machine. These coders are ideal for Automatic High Speed Coding on large quantities of labels. It delivers high quality multi-line printing at production speeds of 250 impressions minute. The labels or pouches are stacked on the slanting tray (Dispenser) for feeding, automatically picked up by the pick-up rubber friction insert, fed to the printing roller one by one via guide track and timing chain & stacked back in the collection tray automatically at very high speeds. This system is similar to rotary letterpress. The oscillating roller disperses an even thickness of ink film on the inking roller and the inking roller transfers the ink to the stereos & finally the image is transferred to the substrate.This cycle is continuously running at high speed with clear & sharp impressions. The system is totally mechanically synchronized so that the printing is done exactly at the same location automatically.
