We are offetring automatic pp cap sealing machine, it is a rotary based cap sealing. the machine is eligible to seal all kinds of cap i.e. Ropp cap, guala cap, plastic cap, etc. Standard sealing heads with two threading and two sealing rollers can seal different diameters and heights of ropp caps (standard deep drawn, semi deep drawn, extra deep drawn caps etc.). Machine is fitted with cap hopper for standard caps. For deep drawn and other type shape of caps. Vibratory cap feeder has to be ordered separately. features: 1) moc: stainless steel 304. 2) capable of handling different size & shape of bottles & cap with additional change parts. 3) separate variator drive for inbuilt conveyer to adjust & synchronize the speed as per requirement. 4) no bottle - no cap. 5) motorized height adjustment. 6) a.c.
