Details :Relicell Tubular Batteries have a long cyclic life span (more than 1000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge), high specific energy and low self-discharge rate. Tubular Battery is ideally suited to use in applications that require deep cycling under extreme operating conditions. Hence, Tubular Battery is the ideal companion for the Inverter or UPS during prolonged and frequent power cuts. All Relicell tubular batteries are supplied in factory charged condition thereby ensuring quality and optimum life. Initial Charging And Filling Instructions :

• Fill battery grade sulphuric acid in all the cells upto the specified levels.

• Acid specific gravity should be 1.250 0.005 at 27^o C.

• Charge to be initiated after at least 4 hours of initial soaking period.

• Charge the batteries with constant current as indicated in the table until battery voltage reaches above 15.6 V and for a minimum of 12 hours.

• Full charged specific gravity should be adjusted to 1.2500.005 at 27^o C.

• Ensure that the cell temperature never goes beyond 45^oC during charging. If it goes higher reduce the rate and continue charging.
