Working principle: moisture laden compressed air enters in to the moisture separator moves in cyclonic motion around the inner pipe. The direction of the compressed air is guided by the baffle plates (fixed at a angle). This compressed air impinges on the m. S. Baffle, which allows the moisture to get separated from the compressed air. The moisture free compressed air enters through the bottom of the inner pipe passes through 100 micron s. S. Mesh (fixed inside the inner pipe). Finally the compressed air which comes out is free from physical moisture (up to 85%) and also free from solid particles (up to 100 micron).
