Scopes of services, includes :

Conduct system study & implement Alfresco CE Open Source Document Management System to host the digitized dossiers and relevant data received from Karnataka High Court pertaining to each legal dossier.
Professionally setup the project site for dossier digitization and carry out the service onsite at High Court premises.
Provide all necessary labor, hardware and software to carry out the digitization activity.
Post scanning, organize the dossiers in ‘Banker Boxes’ with a view to enable deep storage
Page rate for dossier scanning, metadata updating & integration, OCR, PDF/A and release to Alfresco Document Management System as per details provided in Item 3 – Dossier Digitization Step by Step Tasks of this proposal.

we're not a 'box-shifter' :
it may surprise you to find out we don't sell online. When it comes to buying printer, you want to be certain you're buying the right machine for the job before you spend any money.
