Rohini Plywood & Laminate House - Stained, Etched & Laminated Glass

It is coloured & opaque glass. It is widely used for furniture, wardrobes, wall cladding, kitchen backsplash etc. Its wide range of colours provide flexibility in usage with Interior colours. Two specific colours - Extra White & Almond Green [Saint-Gobain] - are widely used for Writing Boards, Reception Areas, Board Room etc.

It is a solar control glass, meets the twin requirement of Architects - the functional & the aesthetic. It is largely used for Exterior Glazing of the buildings. It reflects a large amount of solar radiation, thereby restricting heat into the building. This kind of property reduces the need for artificial lightning & cooling.

These glass are of very high tensile strength. Its resistence is 5 - 6 times more than annealed (normal) glass. On its breakage, it shatters into several small pieces. This property results in no harm or any accident.

( Toughened glass cannot be reprocessed - cutting, making holes, grinding etc. )

It is a sandwhich glass made of Poly Vinyl Butyral between two glasses. The principal of Laminated safety glass is that the interlayer absorbs the energy impact & hence resists the penetration.

The Laminated glass plays an important role in resisting the intrusion of burglars. Though the glass breaks, the interlayer continues to safeguard the building until the glass is replaced.
