Table top surface is made with provision of T-Slots. Roller Guides : Upper Beam is guided by hardened Steel Rollers. Cylinders : Cylinders are precisely honed and fitted with hard chromed Piston Rod and best quality sealing arrangement. Both Cylinders work on differential pressure principle for Synchronisation. Hydraulic Hold Downs : Hydraulic Hold Down Cylinders clamp the Sheet while cutting operation resulting in clean and square cut. Back Guage : Back Gauge gives instantaneous reading for continuous production. Blade Clearance : Blade Clearance is adjusted manually by levers provided on both side of the Machine.
