Impact Rollers are similar to Carrying Idlers but having a set of rubber rings/ discs changes the way they function. These rubber rings/discs are made of superior grade rubber which is resistant to UV rays and atmospheric gases. They are designed to bear the impact of heavy loads falling from a height. Impact Rollers like Carrying Idlers are also placed on the frame in a set of three to absorb the maximum impact of the falling conveying material.
