Mica Band Heaters are built in 'MICA' Insulation with 'L' type clamping and manufactured in M.S. Plated sheet or S.S. outer & Brass inner sheet.

Thin mica insulation provides excellent thermal conductivity by 'Conduction' and faster heating up and cooling down is possible.
Maximum sheath temperature upto 480 degree Celsius.

FINNED STRIP HEATERS Basically Finns of size 65mm*35mm are fitted tightly on the Heavy Duty Strip Heaters for fast transfer of heat to flowing air.

Ceramic Band Heaters are manufactured by using special ceramic insulation material ' Steatite ' and fabricated with stainless steel sheet. The heating coils is made of high quality Nichrome wires.The spot welded clamp bars, Allen screw clamping provides a uniform clamping.

The overall outer diameter increases by 4". The low thermal conductivity of the ceramic biber keep the outher surface temperature up to 60 to 80 C, Which reduces heat losses to atmosphere.
