Our exclusive Computer Softwate designing maximize the element ribbon coverage of the heated area, which results in uniform heat distribution. The resistance ribbon is carefully selected considering all aspects in the application to obtain maximum life of the heater. This ribbon wound mica foemer and insulated with mica sheets, which is then covered with SS/Brass sheets.
APPLICATIONS
These heaters are suitable to apply heat by conduction to cylindrical surfaces-Injection & Blow Molding M/cs, Extruders, Dies, Drum Heating.
Ceramic Band Heaters are manufactured by using special ceramic insulation material ' Steatite ' and fabricated with stainless steel sheet. The heating coils is made of high quality Nichrome wires.The spot welded clamp bars, Allen screw clamping provides a uniform clamping.
Ceramic Band Heaters are used for heating of moulds, dies, nozzles and barrels on all types of plastic processing machinery.
Heaters having high watt densities provide high operating temperature, resulting into high productivity.
Maximum sheet temperature up to 800 degree Celsius.
Maximum Watt density up to 50 Watts per Square Inches for the blower air cooling, the perforated ceramic heaters with cooling fins or without cooling fins can be manufactured as per customers specification.
Ceramic Band Heater consist of a helically wound resistance coil made from Nichrome 80/20 wire, evenly stretched and precisely strung through a steatie insulating bricks forming a flexible heating mat. The Ceramic heating mat along with 6 mm thick ceramic fiber insulation is assembled in S. S 304 sheet with serrate edges providing maximum flexibility for easy installation.
APPLICATIONS
These heaters are sutable to apply heat by conduction to cylinderical surfaces-Injection Moulding M/cs, Plastic & Rubber Extrudgers, Dies, Drum Heating, Blow Moulding M/cs.
Open helical coils of high resistance wire evenly stretched and lay through fluted refractory bobbins. These heating elements are then inserted into 1" of higher diameter metal pipes which are welded to liquid tanks.

Square Shape High Density Cartridge Heaters are specially developed for those application where a drilled hole is not practical.Heating coil wound around a ceramic core and isolated from SS/Incoly sheath by highly compressed layer of magnesium oxide powder. These heaters are ideal for milled slots in long platens where drilling a long hole is not possible.These heaters gives more surface contact per running inch than round cartridge heaters or D shape heaters giving longer life.

Bag Sealing, Heating of Long Platens, Cutting Jawa, Heating of Shell Moulds in foundries.
Low/Medium Watt Dencity Cartridge Heaters are manufactured in SS/brass tube. Resistance wire helical coil evenly stretched and strung through a steatite insulator , MGO powder filled in remaining space inside the tube and insulator to increases thermal conductivity and life.

Heating of Dies, Moulds, platens, Die heads, Packaging Machines, Sealing and Cutting Jaws.
High Density Cartridge Heaters are manufactured by special manufacturing technique. Heating coil wound around a ceramic core and isolated from SS/Incoly sheath by highly compressed layer of magnesium oxide powder . Because of exclusive manufacturing technique these heaters gives longer life copmare to other cartridge heaters and can be operated at higher temperature . Also it is possible to give more wattage in the small sizes. High Density Cartridge heaters can be supplied with built in Thermocouple Sencor and Distributed Watt Density Cartridge Heaters.
