The soybean seeds, after cleaning and conditioning are taken into a solvent bath for oil extraction. The soybean oil dissolves in the solvent and separates out in the form of miscella. By means of a multi-stage distillation system, the solvent is recovered and the balance material i.e. solvent extracted soybean oil is sent to the storage tank.

Uses:

Used in manufacturing of Edible Grade Soya Oil Products viz. Cooking Oil, Salad Oil, Margarine, Shortening, Vanaspati etc., . Industrial Products like Anti-Corrosion Agents, Anti-Static Agents, Caulking Compounds, Core Oils, Crayons, Dust Control Agents, Electrical Insulations, Fungicides, Pesticides, Paints, Hydraulic Fluids, Printing Inks, Linoleum Baking, Lubricants, Metal Casting/Working, Oiled Fabrics, Paints, Plasticizers, Protective Coatings, Putty, Epoxy Oils, Bio Diesel, Soya Inks, etc.
