SSI-20 SPL Single Spring Mechanical Seal for Water Pumps, Circulating Pumps and Vacuum Pumps

Structural Features: single end and single spring, unbalanced, fixed rotary direction and spring coil driven. The spring coil driven structure has a fixed rotary direction. The structure of this seal is simple and the cost is low. This seal component has a wide usage and is stable and reliable.

Scopes of Application: widely used in petrochemical engineering, oil refining, chemical processing, chemical fibering, water treatment and chemical transportation.

SEAL TYPE SSI-107B

SSI-107B factory assembled single Agitator Seal with bearing arrangement which are duly hydro tested at required pressure. These seals are used in glass lined steel and stainless steel mixers, agitators & reactors. These are used with non pressurized barrier fluid preferably clean water or oil. These seals can be supplied with cooling water jacket to ensure healthy environmental control near the seal area.

TYPE SSI-16: is Inherently unbalanced metal bellow seal. This seals are independent of direction of rotation. The unique feature of this type of seal is that, there is no dynamic O rings and therefore it will never hangup or damage the shaft and sleeve, it also has an ability to handle corrosive as well as abrasive & viscous media. These seals have self-cleaning & non-clogging construction. With selection of special bellow material it can be used in highly corrosive media.

SSI-108B Mechanical Seal for Vertical Type Agitation Equipment

Structural Features:SSI-108B is double end unbalanced and balanced, with bearing transmission. The component is cartridge seal with easy installation.

Scopes of Application:mainly used in top driven vertical type agitation equipment, which does not have strict requirements for leak proof ness. This component can work as an alternative to M461 of Burgmann.
