The all new Samay-Asia coil straightener machine is specially designed for coil materials that need high precision punching treatment. It is proven that, coil material cannot produce good products without flattening and stress relieving treatment: therefore, the performance of the straightener is critical in the production process.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
Multi Straightening Rollers.
All rollers are made of D2 steel, have all been quenched, hard chrome plated and grinded with HRC 60° to 62°.
Achieves perfect leveling performance.
Easy to set material thickness.
