These are the panels mainly made for generator systems. The AMF Panel works on the following principle: When EB Supply is OFF; the DG supply would be ON within the fraction of seconds automatically. Panel contains Control Relays, Control MCBs, Indications, ACDC Meters, Frequency meter, Energy meter, Earth Leakage Relays.At the incoming side, this panel will have two incomers usually HRC Fuses and one common switch. Through the AMF Relay, the panel works automatically.Inside the panel there will be one relay for both under & over Voltage. If the incoming supply is under voltage or over, then entire system would trip. Hooter is used in the switchgears for indication of EB supply when DG Supply is in working condition.

Metering panel board are used by residences, apartments, & a few industries. Usually the Metering panels are designed according to the KEB rules only. Relevant height is given for the panels so that meter reading is easily done. The Busbar, Incoming Switches, Master Meter & CT Chamber are designed by making sealing arrangements as per KEB rules. MCB’s or ELCB’s are given for outgoing circuits.

DG Synchronizing panels are based on Auto/Manual Sharing, Auto Synchronizing, Auto KW & KVAR sharing & load-dependent START/STOP features. Changing of schemes is made through PLC & Software will work in line with the Generator Control Package Relay that also takes care of power monitoring, communication, display as well as protection.  

These are starter panels used for Motors operation purposes. This panel will have one incomer, generally MCCB, SFU through which the Busbar of rated capacity will be fixed. At the outgoing side, the starter of DOL or STAR-DELTA type wiring will carried out. For Starters, it requires Contactor, MPCB, Overload Relay, and Indication Lamps with Push Buttons. Through Push Buttons, the starter gets ON and OFF, and is indicated through Lamps. The control & power wiring is carried out for starter wiring using required size of wires.

These panels will control the load power factor by sensing various available parameters like Current, Power Factor, and KVAR. Metering Chamber if necessary, i.e., Voltmeter and Ammeter are required; otherwise, only APFC relay of suitable stages would be sufficient. Auto/ Manual Selector switch is required for this panel as the panel will operate in both auto as well as manual modes. At the outgoing side, the panel will have suitable stages of KVAR Ratings generally starting from 2 up to 100KVAR. These capacitors will control through capacitor duty contactors which is controlled by HRC Fuses or MCBs. The Capacitor will be mounted in such a way that it can be removed and fixed easily. The Cooling fan and filters will be provided in the panel so that the hot air will exit from the panel. Usually the panel will be made in 4Stage, 6-Stage, 8-Stage or 16-Stage. The APFC Panels were designed to provide significant savings on electric bills. They increase the life of electrical motors through heat reduction and provide surge protection for the entire system through KVAR Unit. The KVAR units will increase the power factor by reducing the amount of reactive power that loads draws. Usually the capacitors used are of, Metalized Polypropylene, All Polypropylene, and Mixed Dielectric type.
