We are manufacturing ERW Galvanised Steel Tubes in size range of 15 mm NB to 150 mm NB in light, medium, heavy classes from past 25 years under supervision of technical experts with their expert guidance and support. Our Organization is ISO-9001:2008 certified with added advantage of products electro polishing, cutting as per customer requirements.
Mild steel contains 0.05–0.25% carbon making it malleable and ductile. It has a relatively low tensile strength and small percentage of carbon also known as low-carbon steel making it strong and tough. It is often used when large quantities of steel are needed, for example as structural steel. The density of mild steel is approximately 7.85 g/cm3 (7850 kg/m3 and the Young's modulus is 200 GPa (29, 000, 000 psi).

Galvanization helps to form a coating of zinc to prevent corrosive substances from reaching the underlying steel as zinc serves as a sacrificial anode. During galvanizing the steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath which ensures a tough and uniform barrier coating. Zinc's natural corrosion resistance provides long-term protection in dry, indoor & outdoor environments.
