It is mainly used in applications with temperatures up to 1100° F. Incoloy 800H is nickel-iron-chromium based alloy having high resistance to carburization and oxidation in high-temperature exposure and with good strength. It has slight modification of carbon content (.05-.10%) as compared to alloy 800. These alloys are resistant to embrittlement from precipitation of sigma phase and chloride stress-corrosion cracking due to the nickel content and are used in temperatures above 1100° F.

Incoloy 800HT is nickel-iron-chromium based alloy having high resistance to carburization and oxidation in high-temperature exposure and with good strength. It has slight modification in aluminium and titanium levels (.85-1.20%) to ensure optimum high temperature properties as compared to alloy 800. This alloy is best suited in temperatures above 1100° F and has superior cold forming properties. Incoloy 800HT will not become embrittled even after long periods of usage in the 1200-1600° F.

Incoloy 825 is a nickel iron chromium alloy having molybdenum, copper and titanium. It is highly resistant to corrosion and can resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. This alloy is titanium stabilised to resist pitting and inter granular attack after fabrication & welding, which includes heating in the critical sensitisation temperature (650°C – 760°C).The levels of molybdenum and copper enable the alloy to resist reducing agents, acids and chromium gives resistance to oxidising conditions like nitric acid solutions, nitrates and oxidising salts.
