Our tyre building machine is based on high efficiency tyre building process, high uniformity of tyre built and high level of automation. We use unistage 3-drum technology having carcass building drum, belt building drum, shaping drum, carcass transferring and belt transfer ring aligned in single axis. It posses high-capacity reels for sidewalls, steel chafer, innerliner, steel cord, shoulder cushion and belts. It also has automatic measuring function and cutting system of the pre-assembled profile (sidewalls & innerliner), carcass, shoulder cushion and belts. The machine is well equipped with PLC configuration having distributed control system software with fault diagnostics, technological parameters setting and also recipes management.
Auto tyre press is a heavy duty machinery that is rigid, work for around three shifts per day and produces different kinds of solid tyres. Our auto tyre presses are manufactured as per the specifications of our clients. These machines specially operate on the principle of hydraulics. The heavy duty hydraulic press is particularly designed for manufacturing solid tyres. The moving bolster have gun metal/bronze, bushes with centralized automatic lubrication system. The press is designed as per low noise hydraulic power pads that have cartridge valve for smooth change over of valves and PLC and also MMI for the automation of hydraulic press cycle. Our auto tyre presses are available in various load bearing capacities.
